We are 4 community members in the Hazyview area, we all come from difficult and challenging backgrounds and are all single income breadwinners for our families.
Target Beneficiaries :
1.Small holder farmers
2.Vulnarable children and youth
3.Elderly and disabled individuals
4.Care givers and community health care givers.
The reason why I started this organization was to:
Social reasons :
1.Adressing poverty and inequality.
2.Promoting education and health care.
3.Supporting vulnerable groups (elderly, disabled)
Community development reasons :
1.Building community capacity and resilience.
2.Enhasing cultural heritage and preservation.
3.Supporting local economic development .
About Us
Sbusiso Mhlanga
I am Sibusiso Mhlanga a gentleman aged 31 years old.I reside at Sandriver trust which is located near
Hazyview town. I am single blessed with a little boy aged 7-Lwandle Mhlanga, in addition to that I
reside with my parents Sipho and Getrude Mhlanga aged 61 and 59.I attend church at Assemblies of
God around my village. I am a founder of SANDLA LESINCEDAKO NGO(non-governmental organization
). The name SANDLA LESINCEDAKO translates as the hand that helps. Our vision as an organization is
to:empower rural communities through sustainable farming practices, quality education and
compassionate home based care, enhasing overall well-being and self sufficiency.
Personal reasons :
1.Passion for creating positive change .
2. Desire to make a meaningful impact.
3. Leadership and skills development.

Im bertie mathebula a gentleman aged 35 year born at boikhutso trust which is located at bushbuckidge town.
Im single blessed with a little girl aged 3 year old in addition to that I stay will my nephew's 2 girls aged 23 and 25 years and also one boy aged 17 years old.
In my free time I help community members with my skills and knowledge about food when they have events special on wedding and party's.
I attend church at assembles of God around my vallege.
I joined SANDLA LESINCEDAKO so that I can unlift that standard of living for young star that are willing to learn and develop there wellbeing special looking at young star that are willing to get to TVET college to get skills and knowledge as a tool .
My passion is to help all South African black and white to succeed and grow professional where they can utilize there skills and knowledge appreciately.
In addition to that I would like to help young star to be their own boss so that the economy of our country stays stranger.
